Speaking after the match, Arteta said: "There were a lot of things I liked. Of course the result was great, but the way we started the game, the control, clarity, understanding, and progression throughout the match were extremely impressive."
The Spanish manager also voiced his happiness at restoring the chemistry among key figures who lacked the opportunity to play regularly together last season.
"We missed having players like Ben White, Bukayo Saka, and Martin Ødegaard playing together last season. It was good to see them, and I thought Bukayo was exceptional," he noted.
Arteta emphasized that the coaching staff's main focus is on developing the current squad and strengthening connections between players, adding: "The primary focus must be on improving our players and building their relationships, because they are already very good."
Additionally, Arteta praised new arrival Christos Tzolis following his recent performances.
According to Arsenal's official website, the manager said: "The way he has performed over the last few games has been amazing. He is a very direct player who constantly tries to break through the lines. I am very impressed with him."
Regarding Bruno Guimarães's injury, Arteta reassured supporters about his condition: "We expect him not to be out for weeks, but we will see how his situation develops over the week. I don't expect it to be a major issue."
Arteta also welcomed defender Ezri Konsa's arrival, affirming that the player is highly rated within the club: "Ezri is definitely a defender we like a lot."
On the possibility of making further signings to bolster the attack, Arteta expressed contentment with his available options, stating: "I am very happy with the squad we have, and the main focus remains on developing our current players, as we already possess plenty of quality."
