Giovanni Branchini, the agent of Arsenal's English-based forward Gabriel Jesus, was spotted at Napoli's training camp on Friday evening, amidst reports linking the Italian club with a deal for the Brazilian international during the summer transfer window. However, Branchini insists he was only in Italy to visit another one of his clients, Massimiliano Allegri.

Branchini confirmed that he is in Italy solely to speak with Allegri, not to discuss a deal for Gabriel Jesus, according to a report by Football Italia.
Reports in Italy on Friday suggested that Jesus is considered a strong target for Napoli should both Romelu Lukaku and Lorenzo Lucca leave the club before the end of the summer transfer window.
That scenario would leave Rasmus Højlund as Napoli's only recognized out-and-out striker, making Jesus—who enters the final year of his contract with Arsenal—an ideal candidate.
Focus intensified on Napoli and Jesus on Friday evening when the player's agent, Branchini, was seen in the stands at Napoli's pre-season training camp in Castel di Sangro.
Coincidentally, Branchini also represents Napoli head coach Allegri, and he recently clarified that he was in Castel di Sangro purely to check in and speak with the Italian manager.
