Delivery/Shipment Policy:

1. jordannews.jo will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Jordan .
2. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
2. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
