Official Spokesperson for the Ministry, Fouad Al-Majali, explained that through the Operations and Consular Affairs Directorate and the Jordanian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, the ministry is monitoring the status of the victims to ensure their safety and provide necessary assistance, while coordinating with Malaysian authorities to secure their return to the Kingdom.

He added that coordination is also underway with Malaysian authorities and relevant Jordanian agencies regarding the suspects, some of whom are relatives of those exploited.

Al-Majali noted that competent Jordanian authorities will refer the adults among the suspects to the judicial system upon their return to the Kingdom to initiate legal proceedings under relevant national laws, including the Anti-Human Trafficking Law.
