This project falls under the second executive program of the Economic Modernization Vision (2026–2029), the implementation of which was launched by the government during the first half of this year.
The progress report for the first half of the year regarding the second executive program highlighted that all listed projects are subject to periodic monitoring to review implementation levels and ensure execution according to specified plans and timelines.
Furthermore, the government announced that 343 out of 394 projects included in the second executive program have already entered the execution phase during the first six months of this year, affirming that project delivery and implementation are proceeding according to plan and within scheduled timeframes.
