Arsenal's Spanish manager Mikel Arteta revealed his initial reaction following the 2-3 loss against Borussia Dortmund in the Emirates Cup final.

The manager expressed his frustration with the 2–3 result, but emphasized that there were positive takeaways from returning to the Emirates Stadium.

Speaking to the club’s official website, he said: "Well, we are disappointed to lose the game. Of course, we have to try to understand the context of the match in terms of our playing style, how we competed, against whom, and for how long."

He added: "Taking all of that into consideration, I think we lacked some fine touches, especially in set-pieces and defending, where we are usually characterized by precision and timing."

He continued: "There were also some very positive attacking setups and major opportunities that were not exploited due to the final pass. But overall, we feel disappointed because we always want to win, and today we were unable to achieve that."اضافة اعلان
