King Meets Communist Party Secretary of Shenzhen

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Thursday with Meng Fanli, Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Shenzhen Municipal Committee.

The meeting covered Jordan-China relations and ways to build upon them in the service of both peoples. Discussions also addressed opportunities for partnership and knowledge exchange with Shenzhen, regarded as one of China's premier economic and technological hubs.

The meeting was attended by Director of the Office of His Majesty Ala'a Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, Jordanian Ambassador to China Hussam Al-Husseini, and Chinese Ambassador to Jordan Guo Wei.
