Palestinian President to Attend Sharm El-Sheikh Summit on Gaza

AFP reports that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will participate in the Sharm El-Sheikh Summit concerning Gaza.

Earlier today, the U.S. news site Axios quoted President Donald Trump saying that it is positive for President Abbas to attend the summit. Trump also noted that he did not understand why Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was not expected to attend the Sharm El-Sheikh summit.اضافة اعلان

Previously, President Abbas’s name had not appeared on the list of attendees for the international summit.
