Israeli Settlers Establish New Outpost Near Hebron

Extremist Israeli settlers established a new outpost on Wednesday in the Jorat al-Sheikh area of the town of Al-Shuyoukh, northeast of Hebron in the southern West Bank.اضافة اعلان

According to a statement from the Al-Shuyoukh municipality, settlers set up tents, brought in livestock, and placed around seven mobile homes on privately owned Palestinian land, posing a serious threat of land confiscation affecting dozens of dunums.

The municipality noted that the town is frequently subjected to settler violence, including vandalism of agricultural fields, livestock theft and killings, and attacks on residents’ homes.

Meanwhile, the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission reported that settlers attempted to establish 15 outposts in May alone, most of them agricultural in nature.
