Al-Shaibani said the third session of the Higher Strategic Council between Syria and Jordan will be held next month.
He added that there is extensive cooperation among Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon and Syria to ensure the security and stability of their borders.
Al-Shaibani also highlighted Syria's successful experience in expelling militias that had intervened in the country and dragged it into a devastating 14-year war.
He stressed that any weapons outside the framework of the state ultimately weaken the state itself before harming others or neighboring countries.
He added that Syria's policy is based on the belief that genuine security is embodied by states capable of protecting their people, while regional stability is measured by countries' ability to shield their societies from the intrusion of chaos and establish firm foundations for peace.
Regarding attacks targeting Jordan and the Gulf states, Al-Shaibani affirmed that Syria stands shoulder to shoulder with Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Oman in confronting any aggression.
He strongly condemned missile and drone attacks, stressing that the stability of these countries is a natural extension of Damascus's own security.
