According to the Meteorological Department, weather on Wednesday will be relatively hot in most regions, and very hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate northwesterly, occasionally active.

High and low temperatures in East Amman today range between 37°C and 21°C, in West Amman 34°C–20°C, the Northern Highlands 31°C–19°C, the Sharah Highlands 33°C–18°C, the Badia regions 42°C–24°C, the Plains 34°C–19°C, the Northern Jordan Valley 41°C–25°C, the Southern Jordan Valley 42°C–29°C, the Dead Sea 42°C–28°C, and the Gulf of Aqaba 43°C–28°C.
In its report, the department warned of low horizontal visibility due to dust in Badia regions, and advised against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak hours. It urged the public to avoid lighting fires in forested areas and open spaces, and cautioned against leaving children and the elderly inside closed vehicles.
The effect of the hot air mass over the Kingdom will recede on Thursday as temperatures drop slightly, returning to around their seasonal averages. Weather will be regular summer conditions across most regions, while remaining hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with moderate northwesterly winds picking up at times.
On Friday, temperatures will drop slightly further. Weather will remain typical summer conditions in most areas, and hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with low-altitude clouds appearing, and moderate northwesterly winds occasionally becoming active.
On Saturday, normal summer weather will persist in most regions, staying hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, alongside low-altitude clouds and moderate northwesterly winds that may active at times.
