Hussein Al-Shibli, Secretary-General of the JHCO, stated that the convoy consists of 16 trucks carrying 32 mobile homes (caravans), noting that this comes as an extension of ongoing Jordanian efforts to support the brotherly people in Syria.
He pointed out that the convoy embodies the Kingdom's firm approach in delivering organized humanitarian assistance to the most needy groups and areas in Syria.
Al-Shibli explained that Jordan, in collaboration with its partners, has continued to send convoys loaded with food items, relief supplies, medical aid, medicines, medical equipment, flour, food baskets, ambulances, and caravans.
He emphasized that this effort reflects a humanitarian commitment that goes beyond immediate response to support recovery efforts and enhance stability in brotherly Syria.
Since December 2024, Jordan has sent approximately 23 humanitarian convoys comprising 1,072 trucks to Syria as part of its continuous efforts to respond to humanitarian needs and support the Syrian people.
