Jordan fielded a lineup including Yazid Abulili, Abdullah Naseeb, Saad Al-Rousan, Hussam Abu Al-Dahab, Adham Al-Quraishi, Nizar Al-Rashdan, Amer Jamoos, Muhannad Abu Tah, Mahmoud Mardi, Ali Alwan, and Yazan Al-Naimat.

Abu Tah opened the scoring for Jordan in the 16th minute, and the first half ended with Jordan leading 1-0.

In the 49th minute, Al-Rousan scored Jordan’s second goal. Ali Alwan appeared to score the third goal in the 52nd minute, but it was disallowed after a VAR review due to offside by Mahmoud Mardi.

Kuwait pulled one back in the 83rd minute, but in the 95th minute, Ali Alwan converted a penalty to secure the final 3-1 scoreline, after which the referee ended the match.

Jordan now tops Group C with 6 points, while Kuwait remains with 1 point.
