On Saturday, the Israeli occupation army issued an urgent warning to the residents of 20 towns and villages in south Lebanon, demanding they evacuate their homes immediately and move to areas north of the Zahrani River.

The Israeli occupation army stated that the warning includes the towns and villages of Deir El Zahrani, An Nmairiyeh, Ach Charqiyeh, Doueir, Harouf, Houbouch, Kfar Jouz, Zebdine, Nabatieh al-Tahta, Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Kfar Remen, Al-Mahmoudiyah, Sajd, Rihan, Aaramta, Kfar Hounah, Mlikh, Al-Louaizeh, Jarjouh, and Arabsalim.
It added that its forces would act "forcefully" against what it described as Hezbollah's activities, warning that the presence of civilians near the party's personnel, facilities, and combat gear puts their lives at risk.
The Israeli army called on the residents of the areas covered by the warning to leave their homes immediately and move north of the Zahrani River until further notice.
