Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamreh told "Wafa" that settlers from the "Karmiel" settlement and surrounding outposts—built on privately owned Palestinian land—released their cattle under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. The incident took place in the "Rujum al-A'li" area, where they destroyed 30 olive trees belonging to local resident Mahmoud Ibrahim al-Adra.

In a related incident, settlers, also guarded by occupation forces, released their livestock onto Palestinian lands in the Hamroush area, east of Sa'ir (northeast of Hebron), resulting in the destruction of local crops.

Residents of the villages, hamlets, and nomadic communities in Masafer Yatta and the town of Sa'ir have called upon local and international institutions to intervene immediately. They demand protection and an end to the ongoing attacks by the occupation and its settlers targeting citizens, livestock herders, lands, homes, and properties.
