According to the Israeli military statement, Israeli soldiers demolished these infrastructures in an effort to prevent Hezbollah from re-establishing positions in the area. The operations reportedly took place in Jabal Al-Blat and Al-Labbouneh, where troops from the 300th and 9th Brigades destroyed weapons depots and rocket launch sites used by Hezbollah.
Reports also indicated the discovery of an underground facility used for weapons storage in the area, which was destroyed in an engineering operation carried out by the brigade forces, according to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth.
Notably, the Israeli army did not specify the exact date of the operation in its published statement.
