Turkiye: Washington and Tehran Showing Flexibility to Reach Nuclear Deal

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said in an interview with the Financial Times on Thursday that the United States and Iran appear ready to reach a compromise in order to secure a nuclear agreement, warning that expanding the scope of talks to include Tehran’s ballistic missile program would only lead to “another war.”

Fidan told the newspaper, “The Americans’ willingness to tolerate Iran’s uranium enrichment within clear limits is a positive development.”
