Trump added in remarks to reporters in Paris that if other countries possess ballistic missiles, "it’s a little bit unfair" that Iran doesn't have any.
The memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran called on Tehran to open the Strait of Hormuz, and the United States to lift its blockade, and to launch 60-day negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program. It also called for exempting Iran from certain sanctions to enable it to sell oil during this period, and includes massive economic incentives if Iran signs a final nuclear deal.
