Government: Jordan’s Airspace Breached by Several Missiles; Armed Forces Mobilized to Protect the Nation

Minister of Government Communication and Government Spokesperson Mohammed Al-Momani said that Jordanian airspace was breached on Sunday evening by a number of missiles amid renewed regional escalation.

Al-Momani stated that, in response, warning sirens were activated by the Public Security Directorate, which will continue to provide citizens and residents with necessary guidance and information as developments unfold.

He stressed that the Jordan Armed Forces are closely monitoring regional developments and carrying out their duties while mobilizing all available resources and efforts to safeguard the homeland and protect its property.

Al-Momani also renewed Jordan’s warning against any attempts by any party to violate the Kingdom’s airspace, emphasizing that Jordan will not allow any side to turn the country into a battlefield for others.
