Israel probes into death of 12 Israelis by IOF airstrike on Oct. 7

This follows the reports by Israeli media in December 2023 of an Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) tank firing at a house containing Israelis in the Be'eri settlement during the October 7 operation.
