Iranian Revolutionary Guard: U.S. Military Sites in the Region Targeted in Response to Attack

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said on Saturday that it had targeted U.S. military sites in the region in response to a new American strike against Iran.

The Revolutionary Guard did not provide details regarding the locations of the U.S. facilities it claimed to have targeted.

The statement came after the semi-official Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA) earlier published a message attributed to the Revolutionary Guard stating that Iran’s response to a new U.S. attack would be “swift and decisive.” The agency later removed the statement.
