Three Palestinian women were martyred and 13 other individuals were injured between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, after missile shrapnel fell on the town of Beit Awwa, southwest of Hebron in the southern West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated in a report that its teams "responded to three fatalities among female citizens caused by missile shrapnel falling on Beit Awwa; they were subsequently transported to the hospital." The PRCS added that its crews, along with the Dura Municipality ambulance teams, also treated 13 injuries. Among them, two are in critical condition, while the rest range from moderate to minor; all were evacuated to Dura Government Hospital and other hospitals in Hebron.
The report clarified that the missile shrapnel struck a women's beauty salon, resulting in various injuries among the women present, some of which were described as life-threatening.
