The Public Security Directorate (PSD) had previously clarified the meanings of the siren signals:

Three Intermittent Blasts: Indicate an active threat.

One Continuous Blast: Signals that the threat has passed (All Clear).

Safety Guidelines and Instructions
The PSD emphasized that upon hearing the three intermittent sirens, citizens are advised to:

Stay Put: Remain in your current location and avoid unnecessary movement.

Seek Shelter: If outdoors, take cover in the nearest building until the threat concludes.

Stay Safe Indoors: Move away from windows and open areas; staying near concrete stairwells is recommended if available.

Handling Suspicious or Fallen Objects
Regarding the discovery of foreign or explosive objects, the Directorate urged the public:

Maintain Distance: Do not approach any strange, suspicious, or fallen objects; stay as far away as possible.

Avoid Tampering: Do not underestimate these objects, as they may contain highly dangerous explosive materials.

Clear the Way: Avoid crowding and allow specialized security teams to handle the situation.

No Contact: Strictly do not touch, move, or attempt to open any object of unknown origin or shape; treat it as a real and imminent threat.
