There is no study to amend Civil Retirement Act — Shomali

AMMAN — Director of the Retirement Services Department at the Ministry of Finance, Mohammad Al-Shomali, said there was no study to amend the Civil Retirement Act to increase salaries of employees currently subject to the civil retirement act, Ammon News reported.اضافة اعلان

He said if there is a tendency to amend the civil retirement act, the ministry of finance will submit financial impact studies.

The average salary of retired employees on the civil retirement act is JD504, while the average salary of social security pensioners is JD576, according to Shomali.
