Jordan reports 2 COVID-19 deaths, 2,776 infections

AMMAN — Jordan recorded two COVID-19 deaths and 2,776 infections between September 10 and September 16, according to figures released by the Ministry of Health on Sunday.اضافة اعلان

The figures bring to 14,116 the total death toll from COVID-19 in Jordan.

About 77 cases were admitted to hospitals during the specified week, adding to 59 other patients already receiving treatment from previous weeks.

A total of 17,825 PCR tests were conducted during the week, with 15.57 percent among them testing positive.
