His Majesty King Abdullah II, in Doha on Monday, met with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait, and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.اضافة اعلان





During the meetings, held on the sidelines of the Extraordinary Arab-Islamic Summit convened to discuss Israel’s attack on the State of Qatar, emphasis was placed on the importance of maintaining coordination among Arab and Islamic countries regarding regional developments, and on intensifying efforts to achieve regional stability, safeguard the security of states, and uphold their sovereignty.

The Israeli aggression against Qatar was discussed, with the leaders expressing their condemnation of the attack, their solidarity with Qatar, and their support for its efforts to protect its security, stability, and sovereignty.

His Majesty also stressed the need for a ceasefire in Gaza, ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid, and reiterated Jordan’s absolute rejection of any plans to displace Palestinians from Gaza or the West Bank, or to annex their lands.

The meetings reaffirmed the strong fraternal relations between Jordan and the brotherly states, and the shared keenness to expand cooperation across various fields.

Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, and Director of His Majesty’s Office Eng. Alaa Batayneh attended the meetings.
