The National Cybersecurity Center has launched a new awareness campaign aimed at children and their parents, titled “You Are the Hero.”
According to a statement issued by the Center on Sunday, the campaign seeks to enhance awareness of cyber risks and promote protection from digital threats while using the internet.

The initiative focuses on providing simple, age-appropriate content through visual and interactive materials, as well as guidance for parents to help them safeguard their children while using smart devices, social media platforms, and online games.
The campaign includes easy-to-understand awareness messages for children, supported by videos and modern designs, in addition to educational materials for parents covering major threats such as online extortion, digital harassment, and malware, along with ways to prevent them.
“You Are the Hero” is part of a broader series of initiatives launched by the National Cybersecurity Center to build a safe digital environment and strengthen cybersecurity awareness at both the individual and institutional levels.
