Jordanian, Iraqi trucks to resume cross-border shipping

AMMAN — Fathi Jaghbir, head of the Amman and Jordan Chamber of Industry on Saturday said that Jordanian and Iraqi trucks will be allowed to enter into both countries as of Sunday, August 22, according to Al-Ghad news.اضافة اعلان

The decision was issued by the ministry of interior, Jaghbir said. 

Jaghbir told Al-Ghad that the decision will allow trucks to ship items from factories, and reduce shipping costs. 

The head of the chamber expressed his hopes that the decision would positively impact exports.
