Military seizes narcotics on border

AMMAN — An official military source at the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army said on Tuesday personnel had thwarted attempts to smuggle drugs into Jordan at dawn.اضافة اعلان

The source added that the rules of engagement were applied and that there was a single injury, before the smugglers fled back into Syria.

Authorities seized 300,000 Captagon pills and 7 packs of marijuana, which was transferred to specialized authorities, Al-Ghad news reported.
