JNC concludes basic life support course

AMMAN — The Jordanian Nursing Council (JNC) concluded a Basic Life Support (BLS) course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA), according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

A JNC statement released Sunday said the course trained participants from UNRWA and Al-Zaytoonah University on how to deal with suffocation and respiratory failure victims, including adults, children, and infants.

Some 1,200 people from health cadres across the Kingdom were trained in the past year on AHA’s BLS courses, Minister of Health Firas Al-Hawari told a meeting with the AHA representative team in the Middle East last month.
