AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), in cooperation with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), on Wednesday dispatched a humanitarian aid convoy to the Gaza Strip, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.اضافة اعلان

In a statement, the JHCO said the convoy comprises 9 trucks carrying relief supplies, food parcels, baby formula and medicines, to be delivered to Gaza’s ministry of health, medical complexes and a number of charities.

JHCO Secretary-General Hussein Shibli stressed that the convoy came in implementation of Royal directives to meet the humanitarian needs in the Palestinian territories, adding that the organization, in coordination with the JAF, had dispatched a total of 51 trucks to the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem, according to Petra.

The JHCO said donations can be made on its official website at www.jhco.org.jo.
