Race for Palestine slated for July 16

Run Jordan will on July 16 hold a virtual race in support of Palestine, dubbed “Running for Palestine,” giving people from around the globe a chance to take part.اضافة اعلان

In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, Run Jordan said that all donations will go towards supporting the people of Palestine through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization.

Participants have the choice between running a 1km race and a 5km race and can either donate (JD10, JD20, JD50 and JD100).

Run Jordan Director Lina Al-Kurd said the decision to hold the event followed the most recent bouts of Israeli aggression on Palestine, seeking to provide its people with both moral and financial support.
