The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced the expansion of vehicle licensing services for private passenger vehicles at both the Muqablain Government Services Center and the Aqaba Government Services Center. This move comes as part of its ongoing plan to broaden the scope of government services, bring them closer to citizens, and enhance ease of access with high efficiency and quality.

The expansion includes a package of integrated licensing services, most notably technical inspection, transfer of ownership, and mandatory insurance services. This allows citizens to save time and effort by obtaining multiple services at a single location.
The activation of these services is the result of joint cooperation between the Government Services Centers and the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department, aiming to simplify procedures and provide a smoother and more flexible service experience. Offering services during evening hours enables citizens to complete their transactions at times that suit them, in line with the government’s citizen-centric service approach.
The ministry emphasized that Government Services Centers play a pivotal role in bringing services closer to citizens through a unified service environment that enhances integration among government institutions and improves the efficiency and quality of services provided.
The centers receive citizens daily until 7:00 PM, offering greater flexibility for accessing services at convenient times for various segments of society.
This expansion represents an additional step within a comprehensive plan to develop and expand the services of Government Services Centers across the Kingdom, contributing to an improved service recipient experience and higher levels of citizen satisfaction.
