Al-Qadi reported that the House held 42 sessions (31 legislative and 11 oversight), resulting in the following:

Laws Passed: 19 laws were approved out of 23 bills submitted by the government—an achievement rate of approximately 83%.

Pending Legislation: 4 laws remain under consideration.

Accountability: The House discussed the 2024 Audit Bureau Report to enhance oversight of public funds and transparency.

Oversight and Inquiries
The Speaker detailed the active oversight role played by MPs during this session:

Oversight Questions: MPs submitted 770 questions, with the government answering 577 (75% response rate).

Interpellation: 8 formal interpellations were submitted; the government responded to 2, while 6 remain unanswered.

Proposals and Memoranda: 62 "proposals with desire" and 8 "proposals for law" were referred to committees. Additionally, 74 parliamentary memoranda were issued, with 52 receiving responses.

"Urgent Business" Clause: This allowed for 243 direct inquiries and interventions on urgent public matters during sessions.

Committee Meetings: Parliamentary committees—described by Al-Qadi as the "real kitchen" of legislative work—held 353 meetings.
