Al-Eisawi made these remarks during a Wednesday meeting at the Royal Hashemite Court with a delegation from the Al-‘Anizat tribe. He welcomed the delegation, conveyed the greetings of His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, and expressed their deep appreciation for all Jordanians, who have always exemplified loyalty and devotion, remaining steadfast in the face of adversity.
He added that the Throne Speech was not merely a traditional legislative moment but a comprehensive national statement reflecting the vision of an inspiring leader who fears none but God, draws strength from his loyal people, and demonstrates Jordan’s resilience to the world. The speech revealed the secret of Jordan’s strength and the courage of its leadership in facing challenges with confidence rooted in the unity between the leadership and the people.
Al-Eisawi emphasized that the speech reinforced the concept of Jordanian steadfastness, which is not accidental but the result of strong national will and unity of belief in the homeland, enabling Jordan to overcome successive crises with stability and transform challenges into opportunities for growth and development in a world fraught with crises and injustice.
He noted that His Majesty outlined the principle of steadfast adherence to Jordanian values and justice, as well as the continuous defense of the just causes of the Arab nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause. He stressed that the situation in Palestine and Gaza is not merely a political conflict but a humanitarian wound that bleeds in the conscience of every free Jordanian.
Al-Eisawi added that the King clearly stated that Jordan will remain fully supportive of the Palestinian people, standing as a brother beside his brother—a stance reflected on the ground through ongoing Jordanian efforts to provide humanitarian, relief, and medical aid to Gaza, despite difficult circumstances, demonstrating that strength in the Jordanian concept is mercy and justice, not domination and arrogance.
He also highlighted the clear red lines set forth in the speech, most notably rejecting ongoing violations in the West Bank, affirming that Jordan’s position is “firm and unwavering.” The King’s diplomatic efforts at regional and international levels reflect values of dignity and humanity and restore hope to peoples suffering under oppression and occupation.
Al-Eisawi stressed that the Hashemite guardianship of the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem remains a symbol of historical steadfastness and human rights, a religious and legal message that keeps Jerusalem alive in the consciousness of the Arab, Islamic, and Christian nations.
He affirmed that His Majesty’s visionary approach outlines a clear path for comprehensive modernization in political, economic, and administrative spheres, based on collective responsibility and deep faith that Jordan’s future is entrusted to all its citizens, and that the coming phase requires diligent work, not mere promises.
Al-Eisawi explained that political modernization forms a core pillar of the modern Jordanian state, strengthening organized partisan work, fostering political pluralism, and activating constructive parliamentary oversight. Economic modernization, in its second phase, represents a major national responsibility aimed at attracting investments, stimulating promising sectors, creating job opportunities for youth, and improving citizens’ living standards.
He noted that His Majesty aims to keep Jordan a unique model among nations—a safe haven of security and stability, a beacon of reform and modernization, unshaken by storms and firmly rooted in Hashemite history.
Al-Eisawi also highlighted the humanitarian and national role of Her Majesty Queen Rania, and the vital role of the Crown Prince, who confidently follows in his father’s footsteps, carrying the aspirations of youth and the torch of the future.
He affirmed that the Jordanian Armed Forces—both the army and security agencies—remain the country’s stronghold, safeguarding its security and dignity.
The speakers expressed pride in the wise Hashemite leadership, describing it as the firm support and protective shield for the King. They affirmed that, as previous generations remained loyal to the Hashemite throne, future generations will uphold the same covenant, demonstrating loyalty and belonging through work and constructive achievements rather than slogans and words.
They emphasized that loyalty to Jordan and allegiance to the Hashemite leadership is an eternal covenant, inherited from generation to generation, cherished as they cherish the soil of this beloved homeland, embodied in sincere work and tangible accomplishments.
They pledged to remain a formidable barrier against doubters, the envious, and detractors, confronting them with steadfastness and strength, believing that dignity and honor are derived from the Hashemite leadership, which has always been and will remain a symbol of pride and resilience.
They highly appreciated His Majesty’s ongoing attention to national interests, giving them top priority, recognizing that citizens’ security, dignity, and welfare form the foundation of state strength and stability.
They noted that the King has made diligent work and continuous initiative a fixed approach, leading by action before words.
They confirmed that Jordan’s positions, under the leadership of the King, on Arab issues—especially the Palestinian cause—will remain a testament to principled steadfastness and deep national and humanitarian commitment.
They stated, “Despite all circumstances, Jordan stood with the brothers in Gaza politically and humanitarianly, defending Palestinian rights against aggression,” emphasizing that dignity is indivisible and Jordan’s position is guided by honor and conscience, not political calculations.
Finally, they highly valued the significant humanitarian and national role of Her Majesty the Queen and expressed pride in the Crown Prince, who confidently follows his father’s path, representing the aspirations of a conscious and ambitious Jordanian youth generation.
