During the visit, Al-Bdoor emphasized the importance of providing a suitable working environment for health and administrative staff, as well as for visitors who complained about the space being cramped, overcrowded, and outdated. He directed the Health Insurance Directorate to find a more appropriate location and relocate as quickly as possible, in a manner that contributes to raising performance efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
Al-Bdoor pointed out that the decision to relocate the Health Insurance Directorate aligns with the directives of Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, which aim to improve the quality of government services and enhance the working environment in public institutions. This ensures the delivery of more efficient and faster services to citizens by providing appropriate infrastructure and modern facilities that meet the needs of both citizens and employees alike.
The Minister reviewed the key challenges and needs related to the current building, instructing that immediate measures be taken to secure an alternative site that meets operational and technical requirements. He stressed the need for a location that provides adequate space and equipment to guarantee smooth workflow and comfort for both visitors and staff.
Minister Al-Bdoor also listened to a number of health insurance visitors, reviewing their feedback and demands regarding the services and procedures provided. He reaffirmed the Ministry's commitment to following up on citizens' needs and addressing the challenges they face, thereby contributing to enhancing service quality and facilitating their access to it. Additionally, he met with the Directorate’s employees and listened to their remarks on ensuring the provision of all necessary requirements to improve the services rendered.
