US house votes to condemn Tlaib's Gaza statements

WASHINGTON – The US House of Representatives has voted to blame Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib for her comments about the Israeli aggression on Gaza.اضافة اعلان

Tlaib, the only Palestinian-American member of Congress, was criticized for promoting "false narratives" about the "Al-Aqsa Flood" that began on October 7, Reuters, Al-Mamlaka TV reported.

234 in favor of blaming Tlaib and 188 against. Four Republicans voted against the proposal, while three Democrats and one Republican abstained.

Tlaib has repeatedly condemned the deaths of nearly 1,400 Israelis but also criticized US support for Israel while its military continued its bombardment, resulting in the deaths of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza.
