Syrian President Pledges to Build a Strong State Capable of Facing Challenges

Syrian President Ahmed Al-Shar on Monday pledged to build a strong state that honors its past, meets the demands of the present, and overcomes all obstacles and challenges.اضافة اعلان

The statement was made during a speech at the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus on the first anniversary of the city’s liberation.

Al-Shar said: “No one, no matter how powerful or influential, will stand in our way, and no obstacle will block us. Together, we will face all challenges.”

He added: “We will restore Syria as a strong nation through construction that befits its present and past… building that honors Syria’s ancient civilization.”
