Responding to allegations of foreign state interference in the elections, Ben-Gvir said the Shin Bet should order the arrest of the Arab party leaders suspected of involvement, along with other suspects in the case, provided there are legal grounds for arrest.

Meanwhile, Bezalel Smotrich, leader of the Religious Zionism Party, called on the Shin Bet to investigate the leaders of Arab parties over allegations of interference in the elections.

Smotrich said suspicions of foreign money being used to influence the elections represented a test for the State of Israel, calling for the Shin Bet to question the Arab party leaders.
