The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Al-Budaiwi, strongly condemned on Tuesday the continued Iranian attacks on GCC member states. These attacks resulted in the death of one person and injuries to others on Monday, after a missile struck a civilian vehicle in the Al-Bahyah area of the capital, Abu Dhabi.

Al-Budaiwi emphasized that the persistence of Iranian aggressions reflects a hostile approach toward GCC countries and constitutes a blatant violation of the principles of good neighborliness, as well as all international laws and norms.
Furthermore, he expressed the GCC's full solidarity with the United Arab Emirates, supporting all measures it takes to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability.
Since Saturday, February 28, Israel and the United States have been conducting airstrikes against Iran, which led to the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Since then, Tehran has retaliated by striking Israel and regional countries with missiles and drones.
