986 Aid Trucks Enter Gaza Since Start of Ceasefire Agreement
The Government Media Office in Gaza reported on Tuesday that a total of 986 humanitarian trucks have entered the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire came into effect, out of the 6,600 trucks that were expected to enter by Monday evening according to the terms of the agreement.اضافة اعلان

The aid convoys included 14 trucks carrying cooking gas and one truck of diesel designated for operating bakeries, generators, hospitals, and other vital sectors, amid a severe shortage of essential supplies that the population depends on for daily life, following months of siege and systematic destruction caused by the Israeli occupation’s mass atrocities in Gaza.

According to the Government Media Office, the average number of trucks entering Gaza daily since the ceasefire began is only 89 trucks, far below the 600 trucks expected daily, reflecting the ongoing policy of blockade, starvation, and humanitarian coercion imposed on over 2.4 million Palestinians in Gaza.

The office emphasized that the limited quantities of aid entering Gaza do not meet even the minimum humanitarian and living needs, stressing the urgent requirement for a regular daily flow of at least 600 aid trucks, including food, medical and relief supplies, fuel, and cooking gas, to ensure the basic conditions for dignified life.

It also noted that government authorities are ready to continue full coordination with international humanitarian and relief organizations to manage the delivery of aid and ensure its distribution across all governorates and vital facilities for the benefit of Gaza residents.
