The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) index opened trading today with a decline of 1.21%, bringing it to 3,277 points.
The trading volume on Tuesday morning reached approximately 10 million Jordanian dinars, as the decline affected most leading banking and mining stocks, amid reports of foreign sell-offs of the Jordan Phosphate Company shares, which the stock resisted but still faced downward pressure.
