The Council also approved the reasons for the draft law ratifying the Agreement on Mutual Legal and Judicial Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, also to be referred to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau for further processing.

The two agreements stem from the deep-rooted relations between the two brotherly countries and aim to strengthen cooperation between them, recognizing the importance of collaboration in accordance with each country's laws, respecting the principles of international law, and adhering to the directives of the leaderships in both the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Morocco.

Additionally, the Cabinet approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Investment of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enhance cooperation within their areas of competence.

The memorandum comes as a follow-up to the outcomes of the 18th session of the Jordanian-Saudi Joint Committee, held in Riyadh, and aims to establish a general framework for joint activities and tasks—particularly in promoting investment opportunities and developing institutional capacities for both parties in a way that ensures mutual benefit.
