The program covered several key topics, including: the concept of disability, effective communication methods, accessibility requirements, and facilitative arrangements for travelers with disabilities.

Discussions also addressed the Disability Rights Law, the National Air Transport Facilitation Program, and the Passenger Guidelines for People with Disabilities, along with the latest updates on facilitative arrangements at civil airports.
