Prisons hold 23,000 inmates, 190% over capacity— Interior minister

During a lecture at the International Affairs Association (IAA) on Tuesday, Farrayeh noted that the increase in drug use cases reached 24 percent in the past two months, while the increase in trafficking cases reached 32 percent, Khaberni reported.
