King Receives Annual Integrity Report, Stresses Need to Strengthen Public Trust in Institutions
His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Sunday the 2025 annual report of the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.

During his meeting with Commission Council President Hazem Al-Majali, His Majesty stressed the need to continue building citizens’ trust in national institutions.

The King underscored the importance of the Commission’s role in creating an environment conducive to investment by strengthening integrity frameworks across all institutions.

According to the report, the value of funds recovered, helped recover, or protected from waste of public funds by the Commission during 2025 amounted to approximately JD79 million. The Commission also referred 298 investigation files to the Public Prosecution.

The Commission also launched the National Integrity and Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026–2030.

The meeting was attended by Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Director of the Office of His Majesty King Abdullah II, Alaa Batayneh.
