Jordan charity denies employees are in Gaza

GAZA – The Hashemite Jordanian Charitable Organization (JHCO) has denied the circulated information on some social media pages and WhatsApp messages regarding the entry of some of its staff members into Gaza through the Rafah crossing and touring the region with the Jordanian field hospital staff and the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRCS).اضافة اعلان

In a statement released on Monday reported by Al-Ghad, the organization clarified that these reports are not accurate and did not come from any of its staff members or collaborators.

JHCO reiterated that it has delivered the Jordanian medical aid to UNRWA, the agency responsible for receiving aid and donations, which then stored them in their warehouses for distribution to hospitals as needed.

The organization urged everyone not to pay attention to rumors and to obtain information from official government sources.
