In implementation of the Royal Hashemite directives, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), in coordination with the Jordanian Armed Forces, resumed the dispatch of humanitarian convoys to the Gaza Strip today.

In a statement issued Tuesday, the JHCO announced that a convoy of 40 trucks loaded with essential food supplies had crossed into Gaza, in cooperation with the World Food Programme (WFP), as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian efforts to support the people of Gaza.
The aid will be distributed in northern Gaza to ensure that food assistance reaches the most affected families, in coordination with local partners on the ground.
The resumption of aid convoys comes amid the continued deterioration of humanitarian and living conditions in Gaza, making Jordanian humanitarian assistance a key pillar of support and resilience. Jordan's aid is considered among the most effective and consistent, earning widespread appreciation from the people of Gaza due to its significant and direct impact on their daily lives.
Dr. Hussein Al-Shibli, Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, stressed that the resumption of convoys embodies Jordan’s unwavering commitment, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, to stand with the Palestinian people.
He emphasized the importance of cooperation with the WFP in enhancing food security in Gaza, noting that the JHCO had been working daily in recent months to implement food projects inside the Strip, including supporting bakeries, communal kitchens, and the distribution of meals and clean water.
