According to a statement issued Tuesday, the campaign aimed to reach the most vulnerable families, ease the growing economic and humanitarian burdens during the holy month, and reinforce the values of solidarity and giving that lie at the core of the organization’s national and humanitarian mission.
This year’s campaign represented a comprehensive model of humanitarian action, combining rapid response, wide outreach, and diverse interventions. Through its programs and partnerships, the organization implemented a broad range of initiatives addressing families’ essential needs, providing food, relief, and social support, alongside community initiatives that created a direct impact on beneficiaries’ lives and strengthened their sense of dignity and inclusion during Ramadan.
In Jordan, the campaign focused on reaching underprivileged and low-income families across all governorates, refugee camps, and poverty pockets. This included distributing food parcels, shopping vouchers, and organizing Ramadan-themed community initiatives targeting children and families, reflecting the organization’s commitment to extending support into the daily lives of beneficiaries and promoting genuine humanitarian solidarity.
The campaign also included the implementation of Zakat al-Fitr programs, a key end-of-Ramadan intervention that directly supports eligible families in meeting their essential needs ahead of Eid al-Fitr, in line with the humanitarian and social objectives of this religious obligation and reinforcing the spirit of compassion and solidarity.
To help Jordanian families celebrate Eid with dignity and joy, the organization—through its Clothing Bank—implemented the Eid clothing program, allowing children and families to choose their clothing needs in a respectful environment that preserves dignity and reflects the humanitarian and social dimension of the initiative.
In the Gaza Strip, the organization continued its humanitarian interventions under exceptionally difficult conditions, focusing on the most urgent needs, particularly food, shelter, and essential daily requirements during Ramadan.
Efforts included implementing iftar programs, distributing ready-made meals and food parcels, and delivering additional relief interventions aimed at alleviating the harsh conditions faced by residents, while reaffirming Jordan’s continued humanitarian support for the people of Gaza.
The campaign also highlighted the importance of humanitarian partnerships in expanding impact and enhancing outreach. The organization collaborated with several supporting and partner entities to efficiently implement its programs, ensuring aid reached those in need and translating solidarity into tangible action on the ground in both Jordan and Gaza.
The campaign further reflects the ongoing humanitarian role of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization as a national humanitarian arm responding to urgent needs and expanding protection and support for targeted groups, especially during seasons when families’ needs intensify.
During the holy month, the organization achieved wide-reaching results, including:
Reaching 23,860 families in Jordan, benefiting 173,102 individuals (19,824 vulnerable Jordanian families and 4,036 Palestinian refugee families).
Distributing 18,984 food parcels and 1,945 shopping vouchers in cooperation with 257 local charities and 13 Palestinian refugee camps.
Providing Eid clothing through the Clothing Bank to 2,881 families, benefiting 40,152 individuals across various governorates via centers in Amman, Karak, and mobile outlets.
In the Gaza Strip, the organization:
Delivered 301,152 iftar or suhoor meals.
Distributed 7,519 food parcels.
Carried out 14,944 relief interventions related to shelter and essential needs, including blankets, baby milk, tents, fruit and vegetable baskets, Zakat al-Fitr, clothing parcels, shopping vouchers, Eid sweets, and family sponsorships.
The organization emphasized that these achievements go beyond numbers, representing the outcome of sustained humanitarian work grounded in a clear vision that places people, dignity, and needs at the forefront—believing that the true impact of Ramadan lies in delivering timely support in a way that preserves dignity and fosters hope.
The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization also expressed its gratitude to all supporting entities, partners, and donors who contributed to the success of the campaign, emphasizing that such solidarity is what enables humanitarian work to continue, expand, and achieve meaningful impact.
