The Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) has announced the commencement of online admission and registration for the first cycle of the 2026–2027 training year, effective Monday. Applications are accepted through its official platform (
https://ereg.vtc.gov.jo) as part of its ongoing efforts to empower youth and equip them with the vocational and technical skills demanded by the labor market.

According to a statement released today, the Corporation invited high school graduates, diploma holders, and university graduates seeking employment, as well as those who were unable to complete their formal education, to register. It urged them to benefit from specialized training programs offered across its institutes in various governorates, opening broader horizons for integration into local, regional, and international labor markets.
The VTC stated that general admission requirements include a minimum age of 16 and the payment of prescribed fees based on the specific program or training level. Applicants must complete the online registration process and attach required documents, including a national ID or family book, military service booklet for males (deferred or exempted), and the most recent educational qualification.
In this context, the Acting Director General of the VTC, Raafat Al-Sawafin, emphasized that the Corporation is no longer limited to traditional training. Instead, it has become a national platform for preparing qualified vocational cadres according to modern standards, supported by advanced infrastructure and comprehensive geographical coverage.
Al-Sawafin explained that the Corporation is moving steadily toward developing an integrated vocational training system by modernizing its workshops and laboratories to keep pace with rapid shifts in the labor market. He noted that active partnerships with the public and private sectors, along with several international entities, contribute to honing trainees' skills and enhancing their prospects for sustainable jobs inside and outside the Kingdom.
He confirmed that the Corporation’s programs span no less than one year, combining theoretical qualification with intensive practical training within workshops and laboratories equipped with the latest technologies, supervised by highly qualified and experienced instructional staff.
To ensure a smooth registration process, the VTC has allocated technical support through vocational counselors at its 33 institutes nationwide. Additionally, a hotline and a WhatsApp support channel have been established at 0798137070 to answer inquiries and provide immediate assistance.
Registration covers several high-demand vocational fields, including: barbering and cosmetology, information technology, electronics, handicrafts, metalwork and mechanical maintenance, automotive mechanics and electricity, HVAC and plumbing, textile and leather industries, tourism and food industries, electricity and power, carpentry and decoration, healthcare, printing, and agricultural professions. — Petra
